Giegue Residence (Rated M)

Squalo's eye twitched. "You're really going to let this pass you by! Even if you just tell him afterwards you meant it in a friendly way! Don't you think it's better to get it off your chest?! It won't hurt you as much Voiii~! All you're doing is costantly hurting yourself! Voiii"

Squalo was pissed. Not because he didn't get to send the message. No. It was because the younger boy was just making this hard on himself. Squalo knew he was hurting himself by keeping it in and not doing anything.

"Why are you so scared?"

"It's not telling him that would hurt me." Manifesto said, still as calm as he had been prior to the phone being taken from him. "It's a matter of what it would do. Nothing. That's what it would do." He didn't say it, but another reason he refrained from coming to terms with his feelings for his boss was well...his boss was engaged to someone. That wasn't him.

"I'm not scared." he said rather bluntly. "I'm only scared of a handful of things, and anything involving Mitya isn't among that group. It is not that I am scared, but rather, I'm not up for wasting my time."

"Who cares if it does something. It'll make you feel better. Besides how do you know nothing will happen? Voiii~"

Squalo was confused why he wouldn't take such an obvious oppertunity to say something.

"...Does he have someone else already?"

Manifesto totally ignored the first comment and pulled up a small calendar on the phone and translated it into Italian for the other man before showing it to him.

"Mitya and Natalia's Wedding."

Squalo frowned.

"I'm sorry... Voii~"

"Yeah well," Manifesto stood up, putting the phone away again, shrugging his shoulders. "You see why I don't say anything. Mitya's getting married, he loves this girl, and nothing will change his mind."

Squalo sighed and placed a comforting hand atop the boy's head. He ruffled his hair as he stood beside him.

"You gave up without a fight...but I admire your love for him. To let him be happy with her. Voiii~"

Manifesto quickly pulled away. Again with the touching. It made him sick. He was only comfortable with Mitya touching him. "Don't freakin' admire me for that." he snorted, tugging away from Squalo. "It makes for a weak guardian."

Squalo sighed. "You don't have to act like that with me. I'm not your boss. Voiii~ I'm not even family."

Squalo sat on the couch, looking up at the boy. "Just be yourself. Say what you want, do what you want. You're not business right now."

The Russian was quiet for a moment. "My family's policy is that if we are betrayed even the slightest, that we are given permission to hunt down and kill whoever leaked information." Manifesto stood in front of the coffee table before Squalo, arms crossed over his chest.

"You want to know what I want?"

Squalo let out a soft chuckle. "The Varia tries to kill each other for fun. We're kind of twisted. Voii~"

The swordsman looked up to the younger Russian boy. "Sure. What do you want?"

The look in the Russian's eyes was totally serious as he spoke. It was as if what he was going to say was a dark, horrifying secret. Everyone secretly harbored this desire, but...above all, the Russian wanted this, and he wasn't ashamed of it.

"I want to rule the world." he said rather firmly. "I want to take the position that is rightfully mine in the Romanov family and use that family to cripple the Russian government under my power and use the country to take out all other major super powers of the world and unite them under the rule of a unified Romanov and Giegue family."

And he was totally serious.

Squalo let out a soft laugh. "Rule the world, huh? Voii~" The thought wasn't unheard of. It wasn't uncommon and while he didn't expect that from the boy, he wasn't really surprised either. "So do it."

"Do it...or die trying."

The swordsman stared up at the male. "So...is that all you want?"

He was going to say something about how he just couldn't yet. He still had to wait for his asshole of a father to die before moving up in the world. And he could never kill Mitya and unify the Giegue and Romanov family's.

"Everything else I want is what Mitya wants."

Oh, such a lie.

"Bullshit."

The swordsman rested his chin in his palm as he calmly stared up at the boy.

"I can see it in your face. You're lying. I told you. Say what you want, do what you want...anything. Trust me. I'm the last of your worries. Voiii~"

But in total honesty, Manifesto had never really though of what he wanted to do outside of his conquest for world domination. He had always been there for Mitya, rather than himself.

"Then, I have no idea."

Upon hearing the boy's reply, Squalo began to rattle off the common things people desired in hopes the boy would find something to look forward to.

"Money? Friends? Home? Love? Sex? We already covered power. Voii~"

"I'm not allowed to have sex." he said. "In fact, I'm technically not allowed to be in a relationship." A sigh came from the teenager. "Ever member of the Giegue family is to remain abstinent until they are married off. Every other generation, either the Cloud or Mist guardian is to remain free of relationships. That person is me."

He shrugged. It didn't seem to bother him that much.

Squalo's eyebrows furrowed. "You're joking right? Voiii~ What fun is that? You're a kid you should be able to f**king do what you want."

The swordsman couldn't believe his ears. F**k that was the stupidest thing he's ever heard expect for that time he overheard Lussuria asking Bel which shampoo that the silver-haired man used.

"Just have sex. They won't know. It's not one of the major deals. Just...do it. Can't you say it was forced or something if you get caught? Voii~"

"You're exiled from the family if they find out." Manifesto said. "We've lost two storm guardians because they weren't careful."

Squalo let out a chuckle. "So? You're obviously more careful. If you want to go ahead. I mean...while you're on a mission, I can vouch for you. Voiii~ Before they come."

Manifesto murmured something to himself as he seemed to shy away from Squalo for a moment. He had no idea how sex worked. To add to the necessity of abstinence, those who weren't to be married off were never educated on it. Manifesto had awkwardly learned how to masturbate, and had never gone beyond a kiss from his early teenager years.

"Yeah, well...there's no one to...you know, do it with."

Squalo raised an eyebrow. "No one? You're in a town. You can easily find someone with your looks. Voii~"

He stopped as his eyebrows furrowed together in thought. He noticed the Russian's strange attitude change. "You don't know what to do at all...do you?"

Manifesto was silent before he shook his head. "No." He said softly, incredibly embarrassed. He was going to turn eighteen this year and he hadn't learned a single damn thing about sex. He wasn't allowed to.

The logic confused him.

Squalo laughed. He didn't know quite what to think. He knew the boy said no sex, but he thought he'd at least know how to.

"I'd say I'd help you...but the only way I can think of to help you...is to f**k you. Voiii~"
